  • 200 grams of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 spoon of honey (optional)
  • 150 ml water


How to make a banana- blueberry smoothie?

  1. Peel an apple and banana peel. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  2. Currant pick and wash.
  3. Combine fruits and berries in the bowl of a blender. If desired, add liquid honey (choose the one you like best) or another sweetener.
  4. Pour in some chilled water and whisk all the ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour the finished currant smoothie into glasses and serve, garnished with berries and, for example, a sprig of rosemary.


To make a banana- blueberry smoothie a little bit sweeter, you can add honey. If you are allergic or simply do not like honey, replace it with agave syrup or Jerusalem artichoke.
