How to make banana cookies?
- The first step is to grind bananas (of course, after removing them from the skin). Special fanaticism is not worth it - just stretch them with a fork.
- Melt the butter and pour it over the bananas.
- Add eggs well whipped with sugar and a pinch of salt and gradually mix the flour with flour.
- It's time to enrich the mixture with oatmeal. And finally, the final touch is to introduce diced chocolate into the total mass.
